My experience was bad.i beleive it was for Forallphones too.Due to Delivery Man's carelessness for his duties.i am not professional in delivery man's duties but i beleive they need to check conformation documents or ID and if the person is different on the other side of receiving then delivery man should make a phonecall that is written on the adress stamp to confirm if he should hand over the parcel.
My Roommate received the item and left the parcel in his furniture and because of work and other things we did not talk about this subject ever.More than 1 week i did not receive the item and contacted the Forallphones and me both sides got stress for me losing the money.I got it today when i talked to my friend about the stress i was having.LESSONS LEARNED FOR MY FRIEND AND FOR DELIVERY COMPANIES STAFFS.I BELEIVE DELIVERY COMPANIES SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE TOO FOR NOT MY BAD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THEY WERE LITTLE OVER CONFIDENT OF THE ADDRESS AND NOT CARING ABOUT IF THEY ARE CHECKING THE PERSON'S ID AND NOT CALLING TO CONFIRM THE RECEIVER'S NAME AND THE RECEIVER'S ID MATCHES.
