What do the categories A+, A, B e C mean in our Smartphones? | |
The smartphone categories serve to distinguish some possible signal of use that it has. This distinction is able to inform and temper customer expectations regarding the equipment he purchases, as well as adjust the price of equipment: in the same model, a category A+ device will have a higher price than an A, B or C. A+ mobile phones are in excellent condition, category A phones are in very good condition, category B equipment has slight signs of use and appliances in good condition but with signs of use, which are still not visible with the hood, are classified with note C. | |

The included accessories are an original branded charger, a USB cable and a SIM Card Remover. | |
How much do the accessories included in the purchase of the phone cost? | |
The accessories are completely free for the customer and do not carry any additional charge, even if sent by mail. | |
How can I use a discount coupon? | |
If you have a discount coupon you can use it in the purchase process, click on the option to finalize the purchase, in the upper right field, in the "Discount" box. | |
What is the expiring date of my discount coupon? | |
Discount coupons from Ambassadors have no time limit to use. |
Warranty, Repairs and Returns
How can I activate the warranty? | |
To activate the warranty, it is mandatory that you present the invoice, followed by an email to: hello@forallphones.com, with the subject: "Warranty", describing the failure. The problem will be evaluated promptly and the repair/replacement action will be taken, at no cost to the customer. Caution! Equipment that has been damaged by improper use, neglect, dropping or spilling of liquids will not be replaced. | |
I’m not completely satisfied with my Smartphone, can I return it? How many days I have for it? | |
In accordance with the current legislation, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 14 days (up to the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery) to exchange the equipment or ask for a refund but, the shipping costs will be totally paid by the customer. For this, it is mandatory:

How is the refund made in case of return? | |
In the case of return, and after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, Forall Phones will reimburse, in the most convenient way for the customer, the total value of the equipment purchased. | |
Does the warranty cover water damage? | |
A smartphone originally designed to be water-resistant is not necessarily waterproof or impervious to damages potentially caused by contact with water. For that reason, Forall Phones recommends avoiding placing the device in any high humidity or aqueous environments. iPhone warranty does not cover damage caused by water or other liquids. |
