|To activate the warranty, it is mandatory that you present the invoice, followed by an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject: "Warranty", describing the failure. The problem will be evaluated promptly and the repair/replacement action will be taken, at no cost to the customer. Caution! Equipment that has been damaged by improper use, neglect, dropping or spilling of liquids will not be replaced.
|In accordance with the current legislation, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 14 days (up to the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery) to exchange the equipment or ask for a refund but, the shipping costs will be totally paid by the customer. For this, it is mandatory:
- The equipment is strictly as when it was shipped by the store, accompanied by an invoice, with no signs of abusive use
- Return of the complete pack, with all its components and accessories, instruction manuals and the original packaging in perfect condition
|In the case of return, and after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, Forall Phones will reimburse, in the most convenient way for the customer, the total value of the equipment purchased.
|A smartphone originally designed to be water-resistant is not necessarily waterproof or impervious to damages potentially caused by contact with water. For that reason, Forall Phones recommends avoiding placing the device in any high humidity or aqueous environments. iPhone warranty does not cover damage caused by water or other liquids.
